For Educators and Students

I love talking with people eager to learn more about the field of children's books. Along with my experience in the publishing industry, I have a master's degree from the Center for the Study of Children's Literature at Simmons College, and I'm qualified to teach survey classes on children's literature, speak about the children's publishing industry, and conduct courses, seminars, and workshops on writing for children. I have experience working with school-aged students as well as novice and experienced adult writers. Contact me to discuss how I might open the world of children's books to you.
